• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff

3.4 Self-Closure of Account

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team. It is advised that you withdraw your remaining balance before closing the account.

Bonus and Promotional Offers

eh999 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each offer has its own conditions stated on the relevant offer page. However, the following general terms apply to all bonuses:

5.1 Wagering Calculation

The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. That means if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you need to complete a total of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets before the bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.2 Prohibited Bonus Activities

Misuse of bonus funds — such as low-risk betting strategies to exploit the bonus process (arbitrage), betting against yourself, or coordinated bonus abuse — is strictly prohibited at eh999. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the associated account may be suspended.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus may have a specific usage period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled. Details regarding expiry are stated on the offer page.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at eh999. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets
• Attempting to hack, crack, or intrude into the platform's systems
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other members
• Placing the same or equivalent bet on two different outcomes (hedging)
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward staff or other members
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Any action that damages eh999's reputation or business interests

Limitation of Liability

eh999 makes every effort to provide fair and uninterrupted service. However, eh999 is not liable in the following circumstances:

• If service is disrupted due to internet connection failure or third-party server issues
• If loss occurs as a result of force majeure events — natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks
• If information is leaked due to a security vulnerability in your own device or network
• If a game result is incorrect due to a fault in third-party game provider software
• If a specific service must be discontinued due to a change in law

In any case of loss, eh999's maximum liability is limited to the total amount of the relevant transaction. eh999 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.1 Complaint Process

To file a complaint, please send an email including the date, time, amount, and detailed description of the incident. eh999 reviews all complaints seriously and informs the relevant member of the outcome.

11.2 Final Decision

In the event of a dispute, the decision of eh999's review committee will be considered final unless legal proceedings are required. Transaction logs, game history, and other system records will be used as primary evidence in dispute resolution.
